SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Item Shipping: All orders are prepared and shipped within 2 business days. This timespan depend on the inventory level because some items are exported internationally. When order is placed an email notification confirming order is automatically sent. Once the order shipped an email notification with tracking number is sent to the customer. 

Delivery Time: The delivery time depend on each product and the customer country. You can find the delivery time in email notification when order is placed. Average shipping time per region: USA is 5-14 business days, Europe is 10-15 business days and Canada is 7-14 business days.  

Shipping Cost: Shipping cost may vary due to order weight per carton and delivery region.
